YOUR BIRTH

A birth is a formative experience that can go deep emotionally and physically. As a doula, I am familiar with your needs and concerns before the birth and encourage you to stand up for them. I do not speak for you, but I create a space for you to communicate with your birth team. In addition to your midwives and obstetricians, who look after the medical well-being of you and your baby as best as possible, my attention is mainly on you. I contribute to a positive birth environment through my continuous presence, handouts, physical and emotional support. Regardless of where the birth takes place - with your midwives and obstetricians, I am there with you. I give you support and walk your birthing path with you.

Even after the birth, I am happy to be there for you to reflect on it together and support you in your integration.
